PeopleSoft Integration
LumenData's Higher Education Constituent Hub (HECH) Integration Solution Version 1.0 is a unique, real time synchronization of key constituent data between Oracle Higher Education Constituent Hub and Oracle's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions product lines.
Integration Overview
Oracle Higher Education Constituent Hub enables higher education institutions to create a complete, authoritative, single view of their constituents including applicants, students, alumni, faculty, donors, and staff by creating a clean, consolidated, 360- degree-view single system of record for these key business entities and the related child entities like constituent addresses, identity numbers, affiliations and more. In order for transactional applications like Oracle's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to leverage the capabilities of Oracle Higher Education Constituent Hub, there is a need to synchronize the constituent records between these applications. The LumenData HECH Integration Solution version 1.0 enables direct integration of constituent and related data between Oracle Higher Education Constituent Hub 8.2 and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0 applications. The integration is accomplished using SOA compliant web services. A middleware product, such as Oracle Fusion Middleware, is strongly recommended, but not required.
Integration Details
LumenData's HECH Integration Solution version 1.0 allows:
- Complete consolidation of constituent data
- Ability to deduplicate, cleanse, standardize, and enrich data in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0 by leveraging those functionalities within Oracle Higher Education Constituent Hub 8.2
- Point-to-point integration (no middleware needed)
- Near real-time integration
The following PeopleSoft objects are synchronized between LumenData's HECH and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions:
- Constituent's demo/bio information
- Constituent's address
- Constituent's e-mail address
- Constituent's affiliation
- Constituent's name
- Constituent's social security number
- Constituent's telephone number
Additional objects can optionally be integrated since LumenData's solution is modular and extensible. With the LumenData integration solution, you can:
- Search/match constituent records from Oracle Higher Education Constituent Hub in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions using the new external search match capability in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Fetch constituent records from Oracle Higher Education Constituent Hub in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Publish constituent records from Oracle Higher Education Constituent Hub to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
