Nimish is a seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in managing global software businesses.

Prior to LumenData, Nimish was Senior VP, Enterprise Information Management at SAP. He managed SAP's Business Intelligence, Master Data, Enterprise Search, and other Database products. Prior to SAP, he was in charge of Master Data and Integration Products as Group VP at Siebel Systems. Prior to Siebel, Nimish was President and CEO of unstructured data management software provider, Stratify, Inc. Stratify was acquired by Iron Mountain (NASDAQ:IRON) in a highly profitable sale. Mr. Mehta also worked at Oracle Corporation for 11 years. As Senior VP, Industry Applications, Mr. Mehta reported directly to Larry Ellison, CEO. He was a member of Oracle's PDMC management committee.

Mr. Mehta holds a Bachelor's degree (EE) from Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi, a MSEE from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School.

Tarun is a highly experienced services leader with a strong track record of building successful consulting practices for emerging technologies.

Prior to LumenData, Tarun led the MDM and BI Consulting Practice at Oracle for North America. Prior to that, Mr. Batra built the UCM consulting practice from the ground up at Siebel with over 40 successful implementations and strong references. He also built the West Region CRM consulting practice at Siebel in the early days and was directly responsible for successful implementations of strategic customers. Tarun has also held senior leadership roles at Archive, Inventa and Sybase.

Tarun holds a Bachelors degree (EE) from Thapar Institute of Engineering and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas.

Adnan is Senior Consulting professional with 12 years of IT and 9 years of consulting experience. Adnan is well versed in implementing MDM and CRM solutions and has experience in designing Network architectures. He has 8 years of expertise as a solution architect, program manager, hands-on implementator as well as in configuring and sizing Siebel CRM and UCM. Adnan has worked at Siebel and prior to that, at Andersen Consulting.

Adnan holds a BSEE from Lamar University and an MBA from the University of Houston.

David is LumenData's Director of Strategy and Architecture. Having spent 15 years with Oracle, including seven as Principal Product Manager for Oracle's LDAP server (Oracle Internet Directory, a key part of Oracle's Identity Management platform), David is an expert in IDM solutions in general, and has spent the last five years as a pre-sales solution architect for middleware, security, privacy, identity, risk and compliance customers. He has given several presentations at Oracle OpenWorld and RSA Security conferences. David has also held technical pre-sales and consulting positions at Acresso (licensing and entitlement management), Vantive (CRM), and IntelliCorp (AI-based expert systems).

David holds a BSEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he conducted research in the graduate Music Cognition Group of MIT's Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (now CSAIL).

Michael is a veteran software architect with over 13 years experience designing, developing, deploying and maintaining commercial software products. He also has over 6 years of software consulting experience.

Prior to LumenData, Michael was the Director of Architecture for the Education and Research Industries at Oracle/PeopleSoft. During this period he focused on the Campus Solutions Student Administration product suite where he was a senior member of the team from the initial release through currently shipping version 9.0 and the rolling release model. In addition, Michael was a senior member of the HRMS Architecture team during the "Person Model" refactoring and was the lead architect of the popular and successful Enterprise Learning Management product (ELM). Prior to Oracle/PeopleSoft Michael was a manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) serving clients that include Walt Disney, General Electric, Times Mirror, Toshiba, Cadence Electronics, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Visa International, and the California State University system.

Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of California, Los Angeles.
