Nimish is a seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in managing global software businesses. Prior to LumenData, Nimish was Senior VP, Enterprise Information Management at SAP. He managed SAP's Business Intelligence, Master Data, Enterprise Search, and other Database products. Prior to SAP, he was in charge of Master Data and Integration Products as Group VP at Siebel Systems. Prior to Siebel, Nimish was President and CEO of unstructured data management software provider, Stratify, Inc. Stratify was acquired by Iron Mountain (NASDAQ:IRON) in a highly profitable transaction. Nimish also worked at Oracle Corporation for 11 years. As Senior VP, Industry Applications, he reported directly to Larry Ellison, CEO and was a member of Oracle's PDMC management committee. Prior to that, Nimish was Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Nimish holds a Bachelor's degree (EE) from Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi, a MSEE from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School. As part of his Master's thesis at University of Toronto, Nimish invented Multi-touch technology - which is found in most mobile phones, tablets and laptops today. And at AT&T Bell Labs, he created a high-speed data transmission service called DDS56, which is a precursor to DSL as we know it today.

Tarun is a highly experienced services leader with a strong track record of building successful consulting practices for emerging technologies. Prior to LumenData, Tarun led the MDM and BI Consulting Practice at Oracle for North America. Prior to that, Mr. Batra built the UCM consulting practice from the ground up at Siebel with over 40 successful implementations and strong references. He also built the West Region CRM consulting practice at Siebel in the early days and was directly responsible for successful implementations of strategic customers. Tarun has also held senior leadership roles at Archive, Inventa and Sybase.

Tarun holds a Bachelors degree (EE) from Thapar Institute of Engineering and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas.

John has an extensive background in software consulting services, including methodology, execution and management of IT projects and programs. For the last decade, John has been implementing enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Master Data Management (MDM) software for more than a dozen global fortune 500 companies across North America and Europe. John has experience in many industries, including Communications, Energy, Financial Services, Higher Education, Hospitalities, Industrial Gas, Insurance, Manufacturing, Media and Supply Chain. Prior to LumenData, John managed large enterprise wide CRM and MDM software implementations at Oracle Corporation and Siebel Systems, Inc.

John is an active PMP with the Project Management Institute, a Competent Toastmaster, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Leisure Studies and an MBA with focus in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Illinois. John enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, and is currently living the dream in Tampa, Florida with his beautiful wife and children.

An accomplished professional in the Customer Data Integration (CDI), Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance arena, Guy has played numerous roles over the years and has been at the cutting edge of Customer Data Integration and Master Data Management. He has expertise in many different industries such as Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Hi Tech.

Prior to becoming involved in the CDI/MDM world, Guy was chief architect of a Customer Data Integration platform (called CMX from Delos Technology). Subsequently he became the principal consultant on early CDI engagements in North America for Siperian (who acquired Delos in 2003). While at Siperian, Guy became the top performing pre-sales consultant and an integral part of building the leading Siperian presence in the Pharmaceutical and Financial Services verticals in both the US and Europe. Guy also spent time at First San Francisco Partners, a boutique consulting shop helping clients prepare for MDM and Data Governance programs.

Guy has knowledge and expertise with MDM technologies from Siperian, Oracle, Purisma and Microsoft MDS.

Adnan is Senior Consulting professional with 15 years of IT and 12 years of consulting experience. Adnan is well versed in implementing CRM solutions for Financial, Telecom, and High-Tech industries as well as MDM solutions to all major industries. He has 11 years of expertise as a solution architect, project and/or program manager. The consulting lineage comes from long consulting tenures at Siebel/Oracle and Accenture.

Adnan sits on Board of Directors for Denver Team Handball program, which currently competes in the Elite division of the USA Team Handball.

Adnan holds a BSEE from Lamar University and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Amar has over nine years of rich experience in architecting and developing products in CRM, MDM, Enterprise Application Integration, voice recognition, CAD/CAE and 3D graphics domains. In current role, Amar is managing LumenData India team which includes recruitment, resourcing, competency development, effort estimation, monitoring and status reporting. Amar is also driving product development efforts at LumenData. Amar has worked at Altair, Oracle and Focus Infosys.

When Amar is not in front of his laptop, he loves to go on adventure trips and feasting on dishes prepared by his wife Arti.

Vinayan has nearly a decade of proven track record of successfully architecting, building enterprise Master Data Management products and helping Fortune 500 clients implement enterprise MDM applications. His expertise includes Enterprise Solution Architecture, Product Strategy, Product Engineering, Application Integration, Master Data Management and Data Quality. Vinayan has extensive Master Data Management and Data Quality experience across multiple industries comprising High-Tech, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer goods and Higher Education. Prior to LumenData, Vinayan helped in technical leadership positions with many industry leaders on MDM and CRM including Oracle Corporation, Siebel Systems, and Hewlett Packard, where he made significant contributions to those companies' success in the global marketplace.

Outside of the technology realm Vinayan enjoys playing Soccer. His team has won many corporate soccer tournaments under his captaincy.

Vinayan has a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Computer Science from University of Calicut.

David is an IT consulting professional with 11 years experience in providing solutions focused primarily around the CRM and Master Data Management. David is very skilled in the Siebel CRM/UCM application suite in particular. His past work spans broad areas including Financial Services, Consumer Goods, High Tech B2B Marketing and B2C/B2B Customer Service. He has been working the past 6 years as a project/program manager and has hands-on experience with all phases of the project life cycle, including business process engineering, fit-gap analysis, design, development, installation, testing, training and deployment.

David's background also includes 9 years in the petrochemical industry, designing, building and testing mission critical computer control systems for customers around the world. David holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ken has 30+ years of experience in the IT industry where he has spent 13 years managing Financial service projects, 9 years managing Healthcare/Bio-Medical projects and 8 years of Telecom, Transportation, Publishing/Media and High-Tech industry experience. He has over eleven years of experience in delivering CRM/MDM solution to Fortune 1000 companies. He excels at helping organizations develop a CRM/MDM strategy, project management and methodologies, capacity planning, trouble-shooting and problem solving. He has served as a Senior CRM Manager responsible for analyzing, designing, and deploying enterprise CRM/MDM applications. He also excels at helping organizations develop and align their vision and successfully solve complicated business problems through the thoughtful implementation of technical solutions. Over the past eleven years, he has been focused on implementing CRM solutions that provide 360 degree view of customers for the financial services clients using CRM MDM, Analytics, Sales, Service, Order Management and Call Center applications.

In his spare time, Ken enjoys playing golf and teaching piano lessons to children.

Ken holds a BS in Computer Science from Chicago State University and a MBA from University of Chicago.

Hoa began her career in marketing through property management, where she had great success in designing and implementing marketing strategies and in product promotion. In her most recent project, she was the copy-editor and marketing assistant for the book The Plugged-In Manager, which was released in October 2011. As Marketing Manager, Hoa integrates her interests in marketing and writing to build brand awareness and visibility for our services and products via multiple online channels.

Outside of work, Hoa enjoys trying out new places to eat and sharing her tasty experiences with others through her vivid online Yelp reviews.

Hoa holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Education from the University of California, Davis and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Kishore has had more than a decade of software industry experience, which includes a variety of leadership roles in Marketing/Product Management at companies of varying sizes from startups to medium-sized, high-growth companies to large corporations such as Siebel Systems and Oracle Corp. Most recently, he led the product management team at Certain Software in developing and launching the next generation SaaS product line. In addition to his management experience, Kishore has deep domain experience in enterprise software including MDM, CRM (Siebel CRM, Fusion CRM and Salesforce.com), Middleware & Integrations (Siebel UAN / Oracle AIA / FMW), and Mobile apps. During his stint at Oracle, he also partnered and worked closely with LumenData on MDM integrations.

Kishore has an undergraduate degree in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology at Chennai and a Master's degree from the University of California, Davis. In his spare time, he participates and coordinates many entrepreneurship/networking events in the Bay Area or spends time with his wife and son.
